New travel reimbursement rates now available

If you have any employees and you are governed by the rules applying to the Joint Work's Committee 218 (employees) then this concerns you.

The new employer contribution rates for travel between home and work have been published for 2010. Broadly speaking, employees are entitled to an employer contribution of up to 75% if they travel to work on public transport and 50% of the train rate if they use their own vehicle (as long as their journey one way is at least 3 km).
